Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@faithfulvibesllc.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Opened skincare, beauty products, personal care items, clearance items, mystery bundles, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
